Introduction:
People with higher EQ are more influential and successful in communication. Why? Because EQ has everything to do with communication skills. We need EQ to understand our emotion,to improve interpersonal relationship, etc. And communication, the fundamental factor of management, decides whether other management skills can be fully developed. For EQ training, we have five lessons: Self-cognition, Self-control on emotion, Self-motivation, Emotion understanding and Interpersonal relationship management; while the training of communication skills will be divided into four stages: Self communication, One-to-one communication, Group communication and Leadership over others. EQ is closely related with communication skills and it highlights the “emotion” in communication. Generally, EQ management is the process of understanding “emotion”, experiencing “emotion” and finally using “emotion”.
The course is designed as a combination of psychological theory and practical training of typical skills in real-life communication, encouraging employees to improve EQ in effective ways.
