Course objective:

  1. Trainers need to facilitate participants involved in learning rather than just teaching by learning adult’s learning habits.
  2. To clarify the role of a professional trainer and to grasp the skills what a professional trainer should have. To build student-centered training theory
  3. Learn how to search the material, analyze the material, so that to form your own ideas and systematically design the course. Adjust the course content on time when different needs of students happen.
  4. To find an appropriate opening ways which suitable for yourself. Analysis of different teaching ways, conclude the advantages and disadvantages of talking, story telling, discussion and exercises. To grasp the facilitation skills to involve the participants.
  5. How to deal with well any questions raised by participants during the training. Proactively answer the questions, trying to meet participants` need at your max limit.
