Training objective:
- To understand the basic priciple and mothods of course design and development, to grasp the basic capability of course design and development
- To capable of designing the course outline and teaching methods
- To grasp how to develop the facilitator guide, participants`handbook, and learn how different training methods are applied in the teaching.
- To improve internal trainers`capability of course design and wording.
