Training objective:

  1. To understand the basic priciple and mothods of course design and development, to grasp the basic capability of course design and development
  2. To capable of designing the course outline and teaching methods
  3. To grasp how to develop the facilitator guide, participants`handbook, and learn how different training methods are applied in the teaching.
  4. To improve internal trainers`capability of course design and wording.
